Our secluded garden is a lovely, calm area to enjoy the summer away from the bustle of the city overlooking the river. In the winter the pub is an inviting and cosy place where groups or intimate gatherings can enjoy secluded corners amongst the old mill fittings.

Ideally situated 5 minutes from Chelmsford town centre and train station, yet still only 20 minutes by train from London’s Liverpool Street. Chelmsford also provides excellent links to the M25. |
